Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Architecture and/or Business courses

  • With at least 5 years extensive experience in the same field

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written

  • Highly organized, creative, flexible and result oriented

  • Can handle pressure and can relate to all levels of organization with minimal supervision

PROJECT ENGINEERS

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Registered Civil Engineer

  • With at least 5 years relevant experience in the same position

  • Experience in General Construction is an advantage but not a requirement

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Auto CAD and other engineering software

  • With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written

  • Can handle pressure and can relate to all levels of organization

  • Keen to details and very organized

  • Willing to be assigned anywhere

CIVIL WORKS DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Registered Civil Engineer

  • With at least 3 years extensive relevant experience in civil design and land works project

  • With experience in designing subdivisions and residential projects

  • Knowledgeable in the road design, water supply, storm drainage and/or sewerage systems

  • Proficient in Civil 3D Design; AutoCAD; MS Project; Primavera and other civil engineering design software

  • Keen to details and very organized

  • Can handle pressure and can relate to all levels in the organization

  • With very good interpersonal skills

  • Willing to travel anywhere

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Registered Electrical Engineer

  • At least 3 years relevant experience

  • Responsible for all electrical works, ensures that these works are in accordance with the latest drawings and specifications issued for design and construction.

  • Coordinates closely with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, civil/structural, architect, project manager and consultants to ensure that the construction is in accordance with the project schedule.

  • Attends regular meetings as per needed in the project requirements

  • Coordinates with various consultants on design and construction issues and relay correspondences and documents for information, review, comments and approval by the immediate superior

  • Assists in the preparation of bid documents necessary for tendering and awarding of the contract.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD and other engineering software

  • With good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Can handle pressure and can relate to all levels of organization

  • Keen to details and very organized

  • Willing to travel anywhere

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer

  • At least 3 years relevant experience

  • Mainly responsible in verifying the realistic adaptability and accuracy of prepared budget estimates, cash flow projections, and financial analysis and projections under electro-mechanical works.

  • Review all document(s) generated by the Electro-Mechanical QS staff prior to release of the document to the customer.

  • Review and verification of the following, regarding electro-mechanical works;

    a.  Square Cost Estimate

    b.  Schematic Design Estimate

    c.  Conceptual Design Estimate

    d.  Design Development Estimate

    e.  For Construction Estimate

    f.  Definitive Office Estimate

    g.  Detailed Bill of Quantities

    h.  Value Engineering

    i.  Bid Evaluation

  • Conduct quantity take-off and estimate as needed.

  • Coordination of project/construction management for electro- mechanical valuation works to wit;

    a.  Testing and commissioning

    b.  Conduct site inspection and monitoring

    c.  Attend coordination and construction meetings

    d.  Review of plans such as; For Bidding, For Construction and As-Built (as required)

     

  • Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD and other engineering software

  • With good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Can handle pressure and can relate to all levels of organization 

  • Keen to details and very organized

  • Willing to travel anywhere

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years extensive experience in the same position

  • Must be flexible, resourceful, highly initiative and result-oriented

  • Able to communicate well and interact with a wide range of people, internal and external

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • With very good oral and written communication skills

  • Can work with minimum supervision

  • Willing to extend long hours of work

  • Willing to travel anytime

COMPANY DRIVER

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma

  • With a valid Professional Driver’s License

  • At least five (5) years extensive experience in the same position

  • Must have a clean driving record

  • Have a verifiable work history and references

  • With valid NBI Clearance

  • Can drive automatic and manual transmissions

  • Work extra and long hours as needed according to the workload

  • Must be familiar within NCR and provincial areas
